How the National Toy Fox Terrier Association is organized and managed to serve the breed and our members.
Our Leadership Model
The NTFTA operates as a volunteer-led nonprofit organization. Our governance structure is designed to be transparent, inclusive, and focused on the long-term health and preservation of the Toy Fox Terrier.
Elections are held annually, allowing all members in good standing to have a voice in selecting the leadership that will guide the association's future.

Officers
The association is led by a President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer who manage the daily operations and meetings.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors oversees the general management and long-term strategic direction of the NTFTA.
Committees
Specialized committees handle specific areas of the association's work, from membership to specialty shows.
Standards & Ethics
Governance also includes maintaining the breed standard and upholding the association's Code of Ethics.
